As a stocking distributor we have a significant supply of parts ready to ship, and amidst this crisis, we are working with our supply base to bring in additional safety stock so we can continue to provide our world-class service levels. So far, we haven’t experienced any abnormal delays from our suppliers, and we will continue to monitor our supply chain partners and communicate any potential issues to you.
On the people front, our associates are following all CDC and PA.Gov guidelines to prevent and, if necessary, contain any spread of the virus. This includes frequent hand sanitizing and washing, sanitizing work surfaces, door handles, and other commonly-touched surfaces. We have suspended or restricted travel in and out of our operations in Somerset, PA and Grand Prairie, TX. Where possible, our teams are working remotely to ensure that we can continue our support to you, uninterrupted. We are prepared to navigate this situation with everyone’s safety and security at the forefront of all we do. We will be monitoring this situation closely and will update you as necessary.
